These items are held in stock and are available to ship out within 24hrs. In  most cases, the delivery time varies from 7-15 business days, when items are  sent aboard or in peak period, the time will be prolonged according to certain  situations, which may be beyond our control, but we are always ready to help  you track the delivery information. Tracking # will be provided and usually takes  72 hours to update.

Yes, we ship to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some  countries that we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of these  countries we will contact you.

How do you deal with customs?

We are not responsible for any fees, such as customs fees once the item has  been shipped. By purchasing from our site you consent that one or more of  your products may have added customs fees when they arrive at your country.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, please contact us ( info@ubands.ca ) first so that  we can better solve your problems. Items can be returned simply in 14 days in  an unused condition, we will make an exchange or refund once we received the item. Return Shipping Is To Be Paid By The Buyer.

Refunds Policy

Once cancellation or return has successfully been processed you will receive a refund notification.

Your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 1 business day. 

What shall I do if the item is damaged, broken or not as described?

Please contact us info@ubands.ca ) within 7 days of receiving your order if you received an item  that is damaged, broken or not as described. Include photographic evidence of  the items, as well as your order number and other information and references  concerning the package that was delivered. We will do our best to resolve your  case as soon as possible.
